The ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Govt. of India, wanted to create an integrated Indian presence at WPC, Madrid. The presence needed to be underlined with a unique stand that integrated the exhibit and was both visually and conceptually endowed. INSTA evolved the concept of a Banyan Tree, the National Tree of India. With its large, strong, ever growing and expanding roots, it is a living reservoir of energy, revitalizing us with its shade and offering nourishment and shelter to those within and around it. With its strong roots and branches it aptly symbolizes the Indian Character demonstrated by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. With its ecological consciousness and forward-looking approach, it contributes to sustainable growth in the country.
INSTA’s much appreciated approach integrated the stand under a “stylized Banyan Tree” made of printed fabric elements towering benignly over a friendly and open area with graphic print patterns of Banyan leaves on the flooring, The stand created a unique presence for the country at the event.
